You and your companions will get a scratch-making workshop from Forza’s best pasta chef in Tagliatelle or Pappardelle (one of which is simply a thinner-cut version of the other), specifically because they’re both easy to recreate at home. You’ll learn how to create the dough, use the machine (home size too), cut it, and cook it. And of course, seeing as half the point is to eat all of this stuff, they’ll top is off by showing you how to put together a simple sauce. Which brings us to –
Dishes prepped, all there is left to do is sit down at the venue’s giant retractable tables, and power through them, as well as a here’s-one-we-made-earlier tiramisu courtesy of Forza Win which you’ll wash down with some Moretti beers or some red/white natural wines, all of which will be continuously topped up through the evening.
